A) You can use any of the following payment methods to pay for your order: Bank Transfer or COD (Cash on Delivery).

Note: Please provide a proper screenshot of the transaction in case you’ve made an online payment. We’ll verify your payment from the Bank, once verified we’ll process your order.

Q) Where is your shop located?

A) We’re opening our first outlet in DHA, Karachi very soon.

Q) Can I pick up my order from your office/warehouse if I don’t want to pay delivery charges?

A) For pick up, please contact our Customer Support Representatives at 0301-8229851/0301-8229875, they will guide you on the process.

Q) Do you offer same-day delivery?

A) Yes, we do offer same-day delivery only in Karachi, if you order on the same day before 11 AM, orders after 11 AM are delivered on the next working day. No deliveries are done on Sundays.

Q) When will I receive my order?

A) Before dispatching any order, customers are called for order confirmation to confirm the availability of the customer, if for some unforeseen reason, the order cannot be delivered after the confirmation call has been made, the customer is contacted and the order is re-scheduled to the next working day or according to the availability of the customer.

Q) I received the confirmation call in the morning, when will I receive my order? I have to go somewhere.

A) Our delivery timings are from 12 PM to 8 PM and we try to make sure our customers receive their orders during that time, we cannot guarantee that you’ll receive your order at your specified time since our riders have other orders as well and their routes are planned accordingly. It is requested that customers inform our Customer Support Representatives if they are unavailable so their order can be rescheduled at the earliest next working day.

Q) My area is in Karachi, why are you not delivering on the same or the next day?

A) We highly regret that we’re unable to deliver your order on the same day within Karachi, this is due to the location being too far away that our riders are unable to reach or due to the Law & Order situation in that area as Rider safety is a priority for us.

In that case, we offer our customers to deliver their orders via courier services which take 2-3 days for order delivery.

Q) Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

A) Yes, we have partnered with renowned courier companies to deliver all over Pakistan.

Q) I have placed my order through your CSR/Website, my order is out of Karachi, when will I receive my order?

A) For out of Karachi orders, Customers are first called to confirm their orders, only after confirmation are the orders dispatched from Karachi. Depending on the location and order weight, delivery timing estimates are between 3 to 7 working days not counting weekends i.e. (Saturdays and Sundays).

Q) What are your delivery charges for areas in Karachi?

A) Our delivery charges within Karachi are as follows:

  • Order Up to 9.9kg = Rs.200
  • Order Up to 10 – 17kg = Rs.250
  • Order Up to 17 – 25kg = Rs.300
  • Order Above 25kg = Rs.500

A) Our delivery charges for areas out of Karachi are as follows:

  • Order Up to 1kg = Rs.250
  • Order Up to 1 – 3kg = Rs.349
  • Order Up to 3 – 5kg = Rs.415
  • Order Up to 5 – 8kg = Rs.639
  • Order Up to 8 – 12kg = Rs.1149
  • Order Up to 12 – 16kg = Rs.1729
  • Order Up to 16 – 25kg = Rs.2529
  • Order Up to 25 – 30kg = Rs.2879
  • Order Up to 30 – 100kg = Rs.5119
Q) My Pet doesn’t like the food I ordered from your store, please exchange it or refund my money.

A) We’re sorry your pet doesn’t like the food you ordered but note that NO Refunds or Exchanges are possible once the product packet is opened.

Q) I ordered the wrong product by mistake, please exchange it.

A) In case you’ve ordered the wrong product, please check the product during the time of delivery. In case of any issues please return the product and we will change the product on the next working day. We will Not Accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been accepted and payment made to the rider.

Q) The product has holes in it, you have given me a damaged product.

A) If you’ve received a damaged product, please check the product during delivery. In case of any issues please return the product and we will change the product on the next working day. We will Not Accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been accepted and payment made to the rider.

Q) I opened the product I ordered from you and it has bugs in it, please exchange it.

A) In a situation, where you open the product, you’ve ordered and it has bugs in it, please note that Petologist.pk never gives its customers expired or damaged products. In case of bugs contact our Customer Support Representatives on 0301-8229851/0301-8229875 with pictures and video proof, after that, you’ll be contacted by our Complaints/Query Representative who will provide you with a satisfactory resolution.
